HB 2613 - DIGEST

      Prohibits the establishment of new community corrections offices unless formal written notification is provided to the local government at least one hundred twenty days prior to such action.

      Requires at least one  public hearing.

      Requires the local government to provide formal notice of its decision to allow or deny the site.

      Establishes procedures to identify the final location of the community corrections office.
