HB 2617 - DIGEST

      Revises the fee structure for filing papers in the superior court.

      Requires forty-seven percent of the money received from filing fees to be deposited in the public safety and education account.

      Authorizes waiver of fees in hardship cases.

      Repeals RCW 36.18.025.
