      Requires the state fire defense board to develop and maintain the state fire services mobilization plan, which shall include the procedures for coordinating local fire jurisdiction resources during fire emergencies.

      Creates the regional fire defense boards.

      Requires development of procedures to facilitate reimbursement to jurisdictions when they are mobilized under the state plan.
