      Directs the departments of fisheries and wildlife to establish a wild salmonid review and inventory team consisting of fisheries biologists and geneticists.

      Invites representatives of the Northwest Indian fisheries commission and the national marine fisheries service to participate.

      Directs the department of wildlife to implement experimental captive broodstock programs for wild sea-run cutthroat trout.

      Requires the department of fisheries to determine the cost of marking all hatchery fish.

      Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
