HB 2644 - DIGEST

      Amends RCW 74.04.005 to establish eligibility for children under eighteen, residing in a relative's home, and who is demonstrating progress towards completion of school.

      Provides assistance on behalf of the child only.

      Requires a report on the program by December 1, 1996.
