HB 2666 - DIGEST

      Authorizes the prosecuting attorney to bring an action for a hearing to determine the character of the material.

      Authorizes the court to issue an order requiring that an "adults only" label be placed on the publication.

      Provides penalties for violation of the restriction.

      Makes it unlawful for a minor to misrepresent his or her age and for a person accompanying a minor to misrepresent his or her status as a parent.

      Protects franchise rights for compliance with the act.

      Exempts certain publications from the restriction.
