      Directs the department of health to adopt rules for quality standards for the source or supply of water for bottled water plants.

      Requires a report of any contaminants to be forwarded by a plant operator to the department of health.

      Establishes standards for labeling of bottled water.

      Exempts soft drinks from coverage of the act.
