HB 2814 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

      Increases the number of members of the state information services board from nine to ten members and revises its functions.

      Expands the duties of the department of information services.

      Requires each agency's budget request to specifically identify those portions of the request related to information resources.

      Provides for funding of major projects on an incremental basis.

      Requires each agency to adopt a strategic information technology plan.

      Repeals RCW 43.105.005.
