      Creates a board of registration for geologists.

      Designates the duties and responsibilities of the board.

      Establishes requirements for registration.

      Designates acts which are considered unprofessional conduct and constitute grounds for disciplinary action.

      Indicates appropriate penalties for violations.

      Exempts some geologic occupations from the requirement for registration.

      Creates the geologists licensing account.

      Makes an appropriation of seventy-five thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
