HB 2912 - DIGEST

      Requires owners and operators to file an application to register each tanning device.

      Establishes minimum standards for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the tanning facilities.

      Requires customers to read and sign a warning statement.

      Requires posting of specified warning signs.

      Requires the operators to be adequately trained.

      Designates the standards for tanning devices.

      Directs the operators to maintain records of each customer's visits.

      Authorizes the denial, suspension, or revocation of any registration for violations of the act.
