HB 2913 - DIGEST

      Requires the development and promotion of state-wide secondary prevention strategies designed to increase the use of alcohol and drug treatment services by women of child bearing age.

      Provides for four pilot demonstration projects.

      Makes an appropriation of four hundred eighty-eight thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
