      Revises RCW 43.51.270 relating to limitations and restrictions on purchase of state trust lands for park and outdoor recreation purposes and authorizes the acreage and boundaries of the Diamond Point trust property to vary from the description in the joint study.

      Requires approval of a preliminary master site plan by the Clallum county board of commissioners for a resort development on the property.
