      Creates the Pacific Northwest Economic Region and specifies the policies and purposes to be attained.

      Prescribes the eligible parties and the organizational structure for the region.

      Provides for the establishment of policy committees.

      Encourages the establishment of cooperative activities between the seven legislative bodies of the region.

      Makes an appropriation of forty-nine thousand nine hundred dollars to fund the activities of the Pacific Northwest Economic Region.
