SB 5009.E - DIGEST

      Deletes the exemption for dairy farm operators to submit the required pesticide use reports.

      Requires notice to employees of a proposed pesticide application and requires vacation of the area to be sprayed.

      Requires employers who apply pesticides in connection with the production of an agricultural crop to maintain records in accordance with RCW 17.21.100.

      Declares an emergency and takes effect immediately.
