      Defines terms.

      Designates criteria for approval of floating pen coho salmon project applications.

      Designates criteria for approval of chinook salmon extended rearing projects.

      Directs the department to evaluate the establishment of more liberal recreational coho and chinook salmon bag limit rules in areas where pen culture projects are located.

      Provides that certain proceeds from the sale of salmon and salmon eggs shall be utilized to implement the pen culture projects.
