SB 5035 - DIGEST

      Directs the department of veterans affairs to complete design work for a nursing care center for veterans in time for the project to be submitted for federal matching funds in August of 1992.

      Requires operation of the facility at a level equal to that provided at the state veterans' home and the state soldiers' home.
