      Requires a statement showing sufficient net worth to operate a public livestock market for receipt of a license.

      Authorizes an operator of a public livestock market to refuse to accept the consignment of any livestock which is believed to have been inadequately fed or cared for.

      Declares it to be lawful for the operator of a public livestock market to announce the name of the consignor of stock being presented for sale.
