      Establishes a minor uses advisory committee to assist in ensuring the continued availability of agricultural plant protection products.

      Directs the development of a program to provide assistance and information on the registration of pesticides under the federal insecticide, fungicide, and rodenticide act.

      Makes an appropriation of forty-nine thousand five hundred dollars to the department of agriculture to carry out the purposes of the act.
