(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

      Deletes the requirement for a landowner to place a legal notice of custody and sale in a newspaper prior to disposing of an abandoned vehicle.

      Provides that a person complying in good faith with the requirements of RCW 46.55.230 shall be immune from liability.
