     Provides that the alcohol concentration standard for persons under the age of twenty-one is any amount more than 0.04 grams of alcohol per two hundred ten liters of breath or 0.04 percent by weight of alcohol in the blood.

     Provides that the alcohol concentration standard for persons over the age of twenty-one is any amount more than 0.08 grams of alcohol per two hundred ten liters of breath or 0.08 percent by weight of alcohol in the blood.
