SB 5071 - DIGEST

      Provides that the operation of sobriety checkpoints shall meet minimum standards and guidelines.

      Requires a superior court judge or the judge's designee to review the establishment of a program of sobriety checkpoints and issue an area-wide search warrant if the standards and guidelines are met.
