SB 5079 - DIGEST

      Declares the purpose of a performance agreement to be to ensure permanency for children through recording the actions to be taken by the parties involved.

      Specifies the items to be included in the performance agreement.

      Establishes the procedures for approval of the performance agreement by the courts.

      Provides for continuing judicial review.

      Repeals RCW 13.34.145 and 13.34.150.
