SB 5154 - DIGEST

      Provides for the issuance of citations when an employer violates any of the requirements governing the wages and working conditions as they apply to minors.

      Provides for civil and criminal penalties for violations.

      Authorizes an appeal process for persons receiving citations and penalties.
