SB 5166 - DIGEST

      Defines terms.

      Prohibits a person from recklessly, and with knowledge of its character, displaying matter which is harmful to minors.

      Makes a violation a gross misdemeanor offense.

      Provides for affirmative defenses to a prosecution.

      Repeals provisions of chapter 9.68, and 9.68A RCW.
