      Revises provisions governing community supervision of juvenile offenders.

      Authorizes a court to order as a condition of community supervision that the respondent enter an inpatient or outpatient alcohol or substance abuse treatment program.

      Creates a juvenile issues task force to review the operation of the 1977 Juvenile Justice Act, the Family Reconciliation Act, the at-risk youth legislation, and other issues pertinent to juveniles.
