      Revises the membership of the state board of practical nursing.

      Requires an institution desiring to conduct a school/program of practical nursing to submit evidence of its ability to carry out the approved curriculum.

      Revises the requirements for receipt of a license to practice as a practical nurse.

      Repeals RCW 18.78.110.
