SB 5211 - DIGEST

      Proposes the facility to be developed on property deeded to the state for such purposes.

      Establishes an advisory committee to assist in the planning and development of the facility.

      Makes an appropriation of forty-five thousand dollars to the department of wildlife to carry out the purposes of the act.
