SB 5232 - DIGEST

      Specifies the situations when a closing agent shall continue to hold in trust the amount of money demanded by a real estate broker.

      Provides a form to be used in a demand for real estate commissions.

      Authorizes a closing agent to file an interpleader action with the court if written instructions or a court order has not been received within thirty days after the closing date.
