SB 5247 - DIGEST

      Establishes conditions for a person to be entitled to a reimbursement of the amount of excessive property taxes paid in the calendar year.

      Requires publication of the qualifications and manner of making claims.

      Provides that the act shall take effect if the proposed Constitutional amendment is approved by the voters in November 1991.
