(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

      Directs the department of natural resources to adopt a plan for the management of real property acquired for institutional purposes or for the benefit of the blind, deaf, mentally ill, or developmentally disabled.

      Requires an inventory every five years.

      Provides for transfer of property no longer needed.

      Establishes procedures for the purchase, sale, and exchange of C.E.P. and R.I. land.
