SB 5338-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST OF PROPOSED 1ST SUBSTITUTE)

      Increases the number of judges in King county from forty-six to fifty-eight, in Grays Harbor county from two to three, in Skagit county from two to three, in Snohomish county from eleven to thirteen and in Mason county from one to two.

      Requires the counties to pay the increased cost.
