SB 5386 - DIGEST

      Requires a claimant's attorney to file the certificate within thirty days for any action for damages arising out of the professional negligence of a person licensed, registered, or certified under Title 18 RCW.

      Establishes the requirements for a valid certificate.

      Applies to all actions filed on or after August 1, 1991.
