SB 5407 - DIGEST

      Expands provisions for leave from employment for family care.

      Prohibits the discharge or discrimination  against an employee for filing a complaint or assisting in a proceeding under RCW 49.12.270 through 49.12.295.

      Repeals RCW 49.78.060 and 49.78.210.
