      Modifies tenure requirements at community colleges, including extensions of probationary periods.

      Requires that the effectiveness and performance of each tenured faculty member be reviewed and formally evaluated by a committee at least once every fifteen regular college quarters.

      Authorizes the placement of a faculty member on pretenure status for unsatisfactory performance.
