      Requires any person that knows he or she is infected with HIV to notify the employer, or the principal administrator of any health care facility where he or she may practice a health profession.

      Prohibits contact with the public in the course of employment without obtaining informed consent.

      Authorizes a health care provider to order blood tests to protect the safety of any person placed at risk of exposure to HIV.
