SB 5505 - DIGEST

      Increases the number of annual recipients of a Pacific Rim scholarship from four to eight to include persons proficient in the languages of Khmer, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese.

      Repeals RCW 28B.107.900 and 28A.405.020.

      Makes appropriations to carry out the purposes of the act.
