Directs the state board of health to establish a schedule of appropriate immunizations against infectious diseases for children, at-risk adults, health care professionals, and other adults working in health and long-term care settings.
Requires the secretary of social and health services to establish a voucher program to reimburse health care providers who administer appropriate immunizations to children under the age of eighteen.
Authorizes the secretary of health to establish up to four immunization outreach demonstration projects in four communities in the state.
Requires a report on the effectiveness on the program by December 1, 1993.
