SB 5553 - DIGEST

      Provides that the contract of employment for any president of a state institution of higher education shall include the provision that the board of regents or trustees has the authority to remove, without any manner of compensation or contractual buyout, the president if he or she made misrepresentations during the application, appointment, or hiring process.
