SB 5570 - DIGEST

      Requires the legislative authority to pass a substantial revision to a law which has been rejected by a court.

      Declares the revised law shall not be presumed valid.

      Establishes personal liability damage awards for the legislators and executive officer who a court finds failed to make a good faith effort to cure the original defect in the law.
