SB 5575 - DIGEST

      Requires the posting of warning signs prior to application of a pesticide on school grounds, day care centers, parks and playgrounds, and residential areas.

      Requires a written warning to occupants of a dwelling.

      Provides for establishment of pesticide use education and information programs.

      Makes an appropriation of forty-five thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
