      Makes it unlawful to fail to refund the advertised price for an admission ticket when the event was canceled, to not include the range of prices in advertising, and to fail to mark the ticket with the name of the person conducting the event.

      Declares that violations of the act shall be an unfair practice and a misdemeanor offense.
