SB 5774 - DIGEST

      Promotes the establishment of local programs to help facilitate a woman's entry into alcohol or drug treatment before, during, and immediately after pregnancy.

      Establishes four pilot demonstration projects.

      Makes an appropriation of four hundred eighty-eight thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
