      Establishes the long-term care policy to meet the individual needs of the medically fragile child and his or her family.

      Requires an interagency agreement to establish minimum standards for the selection of facilities to provide residential care options for medically fragile children.

      Directs the legislative budget committee to provide oversight in developing the agreement.
