      Declares that an employment referral and listing service need not keep records pertaining to the kind of position accepted by the applicant and probable duration of the employment.

      Specifies the form and content of a notice to an applicant by an employment referral and listing service.

      Allows the services to charge a fee when they provide job listings to an applicant.

      Requires all job listings and referrals to be current.

      Prohibits discrimination between the forms of employment agencies.
