SB 5872 - DIGEST

      Provides for the adoption and implementation of a management program for lands on the Snoqualmie river above Snoqualmie falls.

      Directs coordination of King county, North Bend, and Snoqualmie interests.

      Allows for a request to designate the Snoqualmie river as part of the scenic river system.

      Makes an appropriation of forty thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
