SB 5911 - DIGEST

      Establishes a uniform system of regulation of mobile-manufactured home sales, and the development of mobile home parks.

      Creates a mobile-manufactured housing commission.

      Requires annual inspections of mobile home parks.

      Designates unfair acts and practices of mobile home park operators which constitute violations of chapter 19.86 RCW.

      Provides hearing procedures for violations of the chapter.

      Requires a license to operate a mobile home park and makes violations of the act a misdemeanor offense.

      Establishes a program for training of mobile home park managers.

      Establishes a mobile-manufactured housing account.

      Makes an appropriation of one million dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
