SB 5946 - DIGEST

      Requires all nonlegend or nonprescription drugs in capsule form to be stored and secured in such a manner as to be safe from public access.

      Requires inspection prior to sale.

      Prohibits the sale of the drugs in capsule form after December 31, 1995.
