      Revises procedures for modification of child support decrees.

      Automatic periodic adjustments or modifications of child support may be required in decree.  Twenty-four month limit set on modifications of child support order based on changes in economic table or standards in chapter 26.19 RCW.

      Parental access to child's educational records assured and types of records to be made available specified.

      Specifies standards for determination of income and for deviations from the standard calculation.

      Revises standards for postsecondary educational support awards.

      Repeals provisions of chapter 26.19 RCW.
