SB 6027.E - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

      Provides for a surcharge to the fee established for a nursery dealer license of not more than twenty percent times the amount of the license fee without the surcharge.

      Requires the revenue to be used solely to support research projects which are of general benefit to the horticultural nursery industry.

      Takes effect July 1, 1992.
