SB 6046 - DIGEST

      Transfers all powers, duties, functions, and personnel of the departments of fisheries and wildlife pertaining to the enforcement of Titles 75 and 77 RCW to the Washington state patrol.

      Repeals RCW 75.08.206, 75.08.208, and 75.10.010.

      Takes effect July 1, 1993.
